Mottled skin but not cold? - mottled skin

My 7 months 1 / 2 daughter has just a nap of more than usual and I felt awakened, arms / hands, legs and feet are discovered, but it's not too cold. His hands and feet were cooler than today and still not been identified. Your skin is a little cold but not cold. His skin is spotted before, but only if it was cold. Anyone have any ideas for me.
